You keep the keys.
Avalon operates as a self-directed private equity platform. Partners receive acquisition opportunities in emerging markets, together with a roadmap for each one, at no upfront charge.
From there, the decision is yours: pursue the selected equity pool, or pass. Your funds never leave your control unless you say so.
Four safeguards behind every partnership.
Engagement Structure
The partner keeps sole control of their funds. You are named Chief Executive Officer with unilateral signing authority, while Avalon’s principal serves as Chief Operating Officer and directs the transaction without access to your capital, unless otherwise specified.
Strategic Title Vesting & Power
As CEO, only you can move money into or out of a transaction. The COO directs the deal but cannot move funds unless that authority is granted in writing.
Preferred Position: First Money Out
The CEO receives the first disbursement of any buyer-side credits or commissions, up to a specified amount. Anything beyond that amount is credited or disbursed at Avalon’s discretion.
Money-Back Guarantee
If something goes wrong, Avalon has 90 days from the original closing date to correct it. If it cannot be corrected, and the partner has met their responsibilities, Avalon refunds the partner’s committed funds unless otherwise specified in writing.
This page summarizes how Avalon partnerships are structured. The signed engagement agreement governs every partnership. Avalon is not a lender, legal expert or financial expert; prospective partners should consult an attorney or financial advisor.
